MID Consultings ("we", "our", or "us") operates the MID App ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the App.
The App is designed to support wellbeing, self-reflection, emotional awareness, and workplace wellbeing while respecting user privacy and anonymity.
We may collect the following information:
Providing optional profile information is entirely voluntary.
The App may allow users to use privacy-preserving login methods, such as private relay email addresses or other non-identifying email addresses. As a result, we may not know the real-world identity of a user.

Where applicable under data protection laws, we process personal information based on one or more of the following legal bases:
Content that users provide in AI-powered features may be sent to Google Gemini and OpenAI to generate responses, analyses, insights, and reports.
This content may also be stored in our service and used to create aggregated, anonymous workplace wellbeing insights for the user’s employer.
Individual user content is not shown to the employer.
We require service providers that process information on our behalf to protect it with the same or equivalent safeguards.
AI-generated content may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate. Users should not rely solely on AI-generated content when making important personal, medical, legal, financial, or professional decisions.
The App is intended for general wellbeing, self-reflection, personal development, and workplace wellbeing support.
The App does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice. AI-generated feedback, reports, and other content are not a substitute for advice from qualified professionals.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, or other urgent situation, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
The App is designed to support workplace wellbeing.
Organizations or employers may receive aggregated and anonymous workplace wellbeing insights based on employee participation.
Individual users cannot be identified from these reports. Personal entries, messages, individual responses, voice interactions, and private reflections are not shared with employers.
We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
Information may be processed by trusted service providers that support the operation of the App, including cloud hosting, authentication, database, AI, and technology service providers.
Information may also be disclosed if required by law or when necessary to protect the security, integrity, or operation of the App.
Some service providers may process information outside your country or outside the European Economic Area.
Where required, appropriate legal safeguards are used for such processing.
Information is retained for as long as the user account remains active or as long as necessary to provide the App.
Users can delete their account and associated information directly within the App.
The most reliable way to delete account-related information is to use the in-app account deletion feature while logged in.
Certain limited information may be retained where required by law or necessary for security purposes.
The App is designed to support user privacy and anonymity.
In many cases, we may not be able to identify a user's real-world identity from the information stored in the App. For example, an account may be connected only to a user identifier, a private relay email address, or another non-identifying email address.
Privacy-related requests can only be handled when we can reasonably verify that the request relates to the user account in question.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
However, no digital service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Updated versions will be made available within the App or through the applicable legal pages. The "Last updated" date indicates when this Privacy Policy was most recently revised.
